
Summary
Our client is a global technology company with multiple R&D centers worldwide, specializing in electric mobility, intelligent systems, and next-generation embedded electronics.
The Taiwan site plays a key role in regional system development, cross-functional engineering collaboration, and end-to-end product integration.
This position offers fast learning, international exposure, and hands-on participation in real engineering programs — ideal for individuals aiming to grow into Technical Program Manager, System Engineer, or Supplier Coordinator roles.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate technical requirement documents (TRDs), specifications, and test requirements.
- Collect, verify, and summarize engineering inputs from cross-country teams.
- Prepare meeting minutes and convert discussions into actionable tasks.
- Track project progress, maintain issue lists, and prepare weekly status reports.
- Support deliverables alignment and schedule tracking across teams.
- Assist in preparing system block diagrams, signal flow charts, and interface documentation.
- Conduct preliminary checks on technical specifications and identify missing requirements.
- Support early risk identification and contribute to Failure Mode inputs.
- Build foundational understanding of battery systems, inverters, controllers, and connectivity modules (training provided).
- Translate technical documents into supplier-ready requirements for RFQs.
- Track sample readiness, review drawings, and support technical communication with suppliers.
- Collect supplier feedback, follow up on improvement items, and update documentation.
- Assist with BOM updates, cost data preparation, and structured reporting.

- Good English reading & writing ability for cross-country communication.
- Able to break down tasks and track progress independently.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and structured data handling.
- Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Experience in system flow diagrams (Draw.io / PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of electronics, automotive systems, or communication protocols.
- Experience in technical projects or interdisciplinary competitions.
- Supplier interaction or coordination experience.
- Familiarity with Confluence / JIRA.
