Validation Engineer

Design and develop methodologies for validating hardware systems and comprehensive solutions.
Formulate test plans incorporating resource requirements, timelines, and scope based on development inputs.
Present the Engineering Manager with a high-level test strategy and detailed test plans for new hardware and solution products.
Validate server motherboard hardware, focusing on signal and margin testing.
Conduct high-speed signal validation.
Validate DC to DC (VRM) power systems.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure thorough validation processes.
Understand and utilize motherboard schematics.
Develop and program LabVIEW automation tools.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in LabVIEW.
2-3 years of experience in hardware validation or development for server, motherboard, notebook, or desktop products.
Solid understanding of basic analog and digital electronic engineering principles.
