Responsibilities|
- Develop and execute the global e-commerce strategy for the company, setting both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Oversee current e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, and identify opportunities to expand into additional channels.
- Use data analytics tools to track e-commerce performance, support data-driven decision-making, and adjust strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct research and analyze trends in the global e-commerce market, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to uncover new opportunities.
- Plan and implement e-commerce marketing initiatives, including digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Enhance the online shopping experience to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service.
- Build and lead the e-commerce team, offering training and development to boost team performance.
- Oversee the e-commerce department budget, ensuring resources are allocated and utilized effectively.
Requirements|
- At least 6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with global operations experience.
- Deep understanding of how e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
- Excellent skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
