Develop and adjust sales strategies according to company goals and market changes.
Expand the market in Greater China and increase market share.
Develop and interact with customers. Define customer needs and establish long-term partnerships.
Respond to customer complaints immediately and help solving customers’ problems.
Establish sales channels and maintain relationships with distributors.
Work with distributors to plan, participate, and coordinate marketing activities. (Such as exhibitions, advertisements, and conferences.)
Coordinate order delivery, and deal with customer orders, shipments, collections, and other related matters.
8+ years of experience in smart manufacturing and mechanical arm.
5+ years of experience working in Greater China.
Able to gain insight into market opportunities, have good communication skills, self-discipline, and time allocation skills.
Positive, upright, willing to take challenge, not afraid of frustration.
Ability to independently handle travel arrangements and travel reimbursement related matters.
Fluent in English, third language (Japanese) will be a plus.
