The company provides product design and its own brand (consumer electronics). They are offering full range in-house Total Design Solution from conceptual realization, design, engineering, branding, all the way to Manufacturing.
Responsibilities|
- Create brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company’s goals and values.
- Formulate brand promotion / awareness plan to increase market share and improve brand competitiveness.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Utilize online analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competitor market research and customer insight analysis.
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online/offline and social media.
Requirements|
- 3-5years of digital marketing, social media and branding experience.
- Fluent in English. (Fluent/conversational in a third language is plus.
- Familiar with North America/Europe market
- Experience in beauty / consumer goods / FMCG
- Experience participating in exhibitions
- Solid knowledge of online analytics tools.
- Strong hands-on attitude and are analytical and ambitious
- Great communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive team player who has excellent can-do attitude
