Responsibilities|
- Developing potential client and key market.
- Coordinating moves and self-service training for the business unit.
- Regularly ensure that current environment is regularly evaluated for best practice approaches
- Identify and make recommendations to senior management regarding the areas of actions required to meet financial commitments
- Collaborate cross functionally, communicating to senior management about any potential issues which can affect business
- Track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices.
- Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles.
- Manage key accounts of the company.
- Manage sales team for international markets as a leader.
Requirements|
- With 10 years+ experience in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent strategy planning and accurate decision-making skills, and strong business acumen.
- With clear knowledge and solid experiences in BESS or PV industry
- With 8 years+ leadership experience and with own leadership methodology.
- Proven leadership skills – building teams, leading, coaching, and development of others providing both tactical and strategic leadership to the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, ability to work in multinational environments, driven and motivated by accomplishing world-class objectives
- Multi-team management experience and management of global teams.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Need to be proactive and result and goal oriented .
