As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand’s growth and market presence in Taiwan. You will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand equity, expand our customer base, and drive revenue growth. Drawing upon your expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, you will spearhead integrated marketing campaigns, foster strong partnerships, and leverage market insights to position our brand as a leader in the eyewear industry.
Responsibilities|
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify market opportunities, develop compelling product offerings, and drive product launches.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, agencies, and industry influencers.
- Oversee marketing budget allocation and performance tracking to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns through KPIs and metrics, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and drive competitive advantage.
- Uphold the company’s values and brand identity across all marketing communications and initiatives.
Requirements|
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably within the eyewear or fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across diverse channels.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
