Responsibilities|
- Demonstrates robust engineering expertise in electronic power products, particularly UPS products, to analyze and resolve product quality issues.
- Guides the problem-solving process and collaborates with the relevant team to address and resolve product quality concerns raised by customers.
- Proactively informs customers promptly about the status of quality issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Evaluates failure issues raised by customers using methodologies such as 8D, A3, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Cause and Effect (C&E), among others.
Requirements|
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- UPS product experience.
- Familiarity with problem-solving methods such as Six Sigma, 8D, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in interpreting drawings and specifications.
- Competence in utilizing functional measuring equipment.
- Understanding of industry-specific quality registration schemes and certification processes, such as ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of process auditing techniques to ensure adherence to defined quality requirements.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is advantageous.
- Proficient in English.
