Responsibilities｜
- Deal with tapeouts and prototyping related issues from the customers.
- Escalate and follow up issues to the management team.
- Be a contact person of customer’s visit and host customer’s meetings.
- Integrate and clarify customer’s requests.
Requirements｜
- 8+ years’ experience with process integration in semiconductor industry.
- OSAT management experience will be a plus.
- Master’s degree or above in engineering related.
- Good command of project management and cross-team communication.
- Proficient in English.
