Responsibilities｜
- Support customer enablement of Windows device drivers
- Deploy new features, updates, and bug-fixes to customers
- Triage, reproduce, and debug customer reported issues
- Set-up new devices and reference platforms
- Assist in bring-up and maintenance of manufacturing test stations
- Review customer schematics from a software & driver perspective
- Customize Windows device drivers and associated tools for customer platforms
- Work closely with Applications and Field teams to support customer engagements
- Collaborate with Design, Firmware, SQA, and Tools teams
Requirements｜
- 3+ years’ experience in windows device driver deployment on Intel/AMD platforms
- Development board and customer platform bring-up experience
- Familiar with serial buses and protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, I2S, HDA, SoundWire)
- Great troubleshooting skills of automated tests/debuggers, logic analyzers/oscilloscopes/DMMs, and schematics/datasheets
- Experience in PC architectures and chipsets
- Background in customer enablement and field engagements is a big plus
