Responsibilities｜
Strategic Leadership
- Lead and manage all operational aspects within the European Union region.
- Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive business strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Sales, Marketing, and Business Management:
- Take ownership of sales, marketing, and overall business management activities to surpass set targets.
- Devise and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless business operations.
- Work closely with various departments to facilitate efficient communication and coordination.
- Promote a collaborative culture to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Requirements｜
- 10+ years of sales expertise related in network storage/NAS solutions industry.
- Experienced in business development and understanding of German culture and business operation practices in DACH.
- Fluent in German, English, and Mandarin.
- Evidenced leadership skills, consistently steering teams towards achieving performance goals.
- Robust management capabilities, efficiently overseeing diverse business functions.
