Responsibilities｜

• Develop and execute product development strategies.
• Assess, analyze, and implement new technologies.
• Plan, draft, execute, oversee, and coordinate product development projects.
• Lead and manage the technical team to meet organizational objectives.
• Support the integration of technical team resources within the group.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by the General Manager or Leader.

Requirements｜

• Over 5 years of experience with cable products.
• communication skills in English.
• Proficient in high-frequency cable products and specifications.
