- Oversee the marketing department.
- Manage affiliate marketing and brand co-op campaigns, including identifying target customers and providing proposals.
- Responsible for PR related work, including writing press releases and holding events for product launch/business cooperation.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand image.
- Set marketing goals and KPIs, consistently coach,, motivate and empower team members to reach set goals.
- Check all marketing channel’s performance periodically.
- 2+ years of management experience, start-up/healthcare industry is a plus.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, hands on experience in App promotion and social media management.
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese.
- Data-driven mindset, able to find relevant insights from data and identify opportunities.
