Responsibilities｜
- Resolve and validate mechanical items in production (OSATs) and engineer environment
- Support handlers, docking plates, sockets, contactors, docking interface, change kit, probe heads and stiffeners for engineering and production environment.
- Help develop next generation probe and final test hardware for production (OSATs) and engineer environment
- Drive probe and final test hardware / mechanical alignment across OSATs
- Develop test processes to validate and/or improve test hardware
- Drive cost saving activities by optimizing hardware performance and longevity
Requirements｜
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in Hardware Design, Validation, & Optimization
- Experience in mechanical design for ATE test hardware on tester platform on DMDX,NI, J750, J750HD,Iflex, UltraFlex and UltraFlexPlus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and able to interface/communicate effectively with all levels and suppliers
- Knowledge of mechanical fabrication methods working with machine shops and probe hardware suppliers
