The company is mainly engaged in the manufacture and marketing of wireless communication network products, selling customized products for export, providing enterprise wireless communication system, mesh network system and wireless network client.

Responsibilities｜

• Manage daily operations of manufacturing facilities and factories.
• Ensure efficient communication across functions and organizations.
• Lead manufacturing, budget, and cost reduction/control plans.
• Plan, control, and develop logistics strategies.
• Identify and manage customer quality goals.
• Develop and implement business and manufacturing plans.
• Collaborate with authorities to ensure compliance with laws and manufacturing standards.
• Work closely with HR to train and develop a highly motivated and cohesive team.
• Maintain a strong supply chain and foster positive customer relationships.

Requirements｜

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing factory management, with a preference for the network communication industry.
• Possesses strong leadership charisma and the ability to guide and motivate teams to achieve peak performance.
• Capable of making wise and prompt decisions, especially under pressure.
• Maintains composure and organization in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrates a commitment to continuous optimization and improvement, actively seeking technological and managerial innovations.
• Fluent in English.
