Responsibilities｜
Integrating internal company resources to ensure the successful delivery of products or solutions to customers on time and within budget involves:
- Project schedule planning and control, progress monitoring, document preparation, etc.
- Planning and execution of project system functionalities and architecture, including communication with internal and external clients, technical discussions, and presentations.
- Project risk management and mitigation.
- Analysis and compilation of project progress, and submission of project progress reports.
- Project acceptance and testing upon completion.
- Conducting a project analysis presentation after project closure, such as summarizing project development experiences and improvement plans.
Requirements｜
- 5+ years of practical experience in government projects, with preference given to those holding project management certifications such as PMP.
- Experience in information system project management, software development, and operational processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to propose and assist in business expansion, including estimating project costs and preparing budgets.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the capability to effectively allocate and manage resources and control project progress to ensure adherence to schedule.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, along with a collaborative team spirit, to clearly convey requirements and goals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in project management related to government information-related contracts is a plus.
