- Assist the sales team in influencing projects through customer visits alongside the Key Account Manager; conducting product demonstrations and pilot installations.
- Offer both internal and external support throughout the sales process, encompassing the presentation of product demonstrations to clients and the management of demo units.
- Collaborate with integrators and/or software development partners during the project sales process.
- Assist in evaluating tenders to choose projects that will yield a return on investment, allowing for efficient deal closure.
- Expand the network of consultants specializing in products for tenders and provide them with information, updates, and training to enable successful project specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of the latest products and features to provide optimal solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Work with the central/global pre-sales organization to create technical pre-sales materials, including articles and PowerPoint presentations.
- Support the sales organization in enhancing their understanding of product portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, preferably within the IT channel, with the ability to perform effectively in a high-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with IT, particularly in networking, IP-based technologies, and applications, VMS software, and hardware technology, is a plus.
- Fluent in English with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities.

- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
