SQA Test Engineer

Summary

We’re partnering with a long-established global tech innovator known for enhancing user interactions in premium computing devices. Their solutions are often embedded deep in the system—powering audio, sensors, and tactile feedback behind the scenes. Now, they’re strengthening their software validation efforts for next-gen PC components.

Responsibilities

• Partner with software engineers to validate software components and debug issues across product lines
• Reproduce customer scenarios, assess release quality, and document findings for continuous improvement
• Strong foundation in QA process and bug tracking systems, document and track issues clearly throughout the QA cycle.
• Run and maintain test cases to ensure stability before release and support cross-functional teams in delivering quality-driven outcomes.
• Assist with test automation for repeated validation flows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Windows OS testing and troubleshooting
• Familiar with Windows driver tools (e.g., Device Manager, Registry, WinDbg, Driver Verifier)
• Scripting experience (AutoIt / AutoHotkey / PyAutoGUI)
• Knowledge of Windows package installation workflows
• Reproduce and investigate reported issues using logs and debugging tools
• Familiarity with Software QA methodologies and defect reporting/tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.
