Project research and requirement analysis.
Take charge of hands-on design, prototyping, and review POC (Proof of concept) sample. Aiming to explore the feasibility of potential product concepts and drive them towards successful commercialization.
Conduct mechanical feasibility study from initial ID concepts through sizing analysis, component selection, refinement of design details, assembly and integration, and performance / environment qualification testing.
You would work closely with cross function team – ID, QA vendor and CMs
Explore materials, and components.
Create detailed 3D CAD models, 2D drawing, BOM and specification related to ME for the product.
You would build prototypes, analyze results of reliability testing, improve the design and bring to production
Lead and collaborate with Quality team and CMs for new product introduction and related work.
