Responsibilities|
Business Impact
- Develop comprehensive mid-range strategies for accounts in alignment with customer needs.
- Establish and oversee account and project teams, managing specialists involved in customer projects.
- Strategize activities to meet sales targets effectively.

Requirements|
- 10+ years of relevant business experience with a technical degree, preferably in Automation, Electrical, Process Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese with strong communication abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in client management and semiconductor industry experience.
- Postgraduate studies in Technical Business or Business Administration are advantageous.
- Ability to identify opportunities and collaborate with engineers to deliver optimal solutions for clients.
- Structured, organized personality with excellent self-management skills.
- Project management skills are desirable for driving customer projects, coordinating teams, and serving as the customer interface.
