Operations Specialist

Specializing in data analytics with an emphasis on video analysis and cybersecurity

Partnering with project managers to create detailed budget plans for various projects.
Working alongside vendors to estimate procurement costs and budgets.
Performing cost analyses and evaluating terms and conditions for global projects and bids to ensure they are financially viable and align with organizational goals.
Preparing bid application documents, including proposals and other necessary paperwork, to support project acquisition efforts.
Monitoring project execution to ensure compliance with budgetary limits, and identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
Managing the overall project status and updates within the ERP system to provide real-time insights into project progress and financial performance.
Undertaking any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor to support the efficient functioning of the department and organization.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Oracle ERP is advantageous.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in operations management or a related field is preferred.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to ensure effective communication within the organization.
