Responsibilities|
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share across the region.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share across the region.
- Lead the setup and growth of the US branch office, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with corporate policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners in the region.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Lead and manage key sales projects, from initiation through to execution and completion.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
Requirements|
- Over 10 years of sales experience and at least 5 years of management experience in IPC industry.
- Deep understanding of the local culture and business practices, with local working experience is a plus.
- Strong distributor management experience with great communication skill.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese is a must.
- Familiar with product and project management, experienced in product manager is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
