Responsibilities|
- Supervise the process of customer order entry, verification, and management to ensure prompt handling of orders.
- Oversee the procedures for RMA, order adjustments, cancellations, etc., in line with company policies or customer agreements.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to monitor supply and demand dynamics.
- Manage the archiving of customer information to meet audit requirements for POs, quotes, pricing approvals, sales agreements, and contract compliance.
- Facilitate order fulfillment by working closely with Planning, Sales, and Warehouse teams.
- Serve as a communication link between the sales team, supply chain, and customers.
Requirements|
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 7-10 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience managing a small team as a hands-on working manager.
- Proficiency in both oral and written English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Skilled in MS Office: Word, Excel (vlookup, pivot tables), PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution skills, and a good team player.
