Responsibilities|
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, compliance qualification, and regular customer visits to repair instruments, ensuring customer satisfaction in Taiwan and other regions as needed.
- Perform product installation and provide operator training onsite.
- Deliver training and technical advice on instrument use, both in person and over the phone.
- Address complex repairs proactively by utilizing the Service Escalation process and coordinating with Service Specialists and other relevant channels regionally and globally.
- Manage service tools and personal stock of spare parts proactively, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and system input.
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and various departments, including Support, Sales, and Marketing.
- Communicate Service Products to customers and provide leads to the Service Sales Representative or Service Manager as they arise.
- Foster a cooperative and productive work environment with all employees.
- Effectively manage customer relationships and expectations.
Requirements|
- Experience in service products selling, marketing, and distributor management is a plus.
- Experience with CMP/PCB, EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), or Pharma companies.
- Willingness and ability to travel to different sites as required.
