Division Head

An industry leading brand providing specialized products and engineering solutions to the client.

Develop and implement the strategic vision and direction for the Energy Division, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives within the energy sector, focusing on expanding our presence in the semiconductor and chemical engineering markets.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the division, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Manage the division’s budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, promoting sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.

10 years or above working experience with a least 5 years team management experience.
With a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a Master’s degree in any discipline.
Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Proven sales track record and leadership management experience.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Capable of building long-term relationships with partners and customers.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Knowledge of industry regulations and sustainability practices.
