Responsible for testing and selecting appropriate mechanical materials to ensure product durability and performance.
Create detailed 2D/3D mechanical design drawings using software such as Pro-Engineer/Creo/SolidWorks.
Discuss and coordinate with suppliers on mold opening, mold trials, and improvement reviews to ensure optimal production quality.
Guide the seamless transition of product designs into mass production, providing necessary process documentation and instructions.
Develop assembly manuals, inspection standards, testing procedures, and design testing fixtures to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
Perform design, analysis, and testing of mechanical components with a focus on manufacturability and production efficiency, using appropriate analysis tools to optimize for large-scale production.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and oversee the development and qualification of manufacturing tools, ensuring they are refined and production-ready.
Requirements|
Minimum of five years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering or manufacture relevant experience.
Strong expertise in mechanical manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
Proficiency in 3D modeling using Creo or SolidWorks is essential.
Solid understanding of design principles for plastic injection molding and metal component fabrication.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and action-oriented approach to resolving issues promptly.
