Responsibilities｜

• Oversee daily operations by efficiently allocating resources and supervising teams to ensure adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
• Guarantee that all operational activities align with internal safety standards and meet legal regulatory requirements.
• Determine the order of priority for interventions and evaluate potential outsourcing opportunities.
• Ensure optimal productivity and performance levels, while addressing any shortcomings with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Maximize the use of resources and assets to achieve operational targets for profitability, quality, and timely delivery.
• Manage operational discipline, ensuring that all personnel adhere to the set procedures for seamless plant operations.
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling production expenses, ensuring they remain within budget, and providing reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to regularly assess equipment downtime and enhance mechanical reliability on site.
• Track and analyze operating costs and profit margins.
• Lead data-driven analysis of production metrics to support both strategic and operational decision-making.
• Spearhead the implementation of performance and compliance initiatives.
• Support the adoption of best practices, encouraging innovation and the formalization of new approaches to enhance operational and organizational efficiency.
• Occasionally contribute to business growth and oversee the management of existing contractual agreements.
• Foster the development and assessment of both individual and team skills and performance.

Requirements｜

• 6 years or above experience in operation management experience within a chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing field.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Strong understanding of process safety management principles.
• Knowledge of GMP for Pharmaceutical API is a plus.
