Responsibilities｜
- Oversee finance operations within SAP, including global closing activities.
- Address enhancement/change requests from the business in SAP, with a primary focus on SAP FI (AP/AR/GL/AA). Knowledge of the CO module and a general understanding of manufacturing or supply chain processes is a plus.
- Serve as project manager for system enhancement and roll-out projects, ensuring solutions are well-designed and executed effectively.
- Lead solution design discussions to ensure proper planning and management of project activities.
- Provide user training for daily operations and newly implemented system enhancements.
- Offer ongoing support for additional SAP modules as needed.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts for Accounts Payable processes.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks with strong communication skills.
Requirements｜
- Experience in supporting SAP FI modules, with expertise in GL/AP/AR/AA and familiarity with the CO module.
- Have SAP certification is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing and supply chain processes is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills, especially in multinational and matrixed environments.
- Previous experience in an international working environment.
- In-depth knowledge of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
- Expertise in customizing Financial Accounting in SAP S4.
- Proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
- Extensive project management experience, including data migration.
- Experience working as an administrator with CONCUR is highly preferred.
