Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) test program and hardware validation with suppliers, collaborating closely with functional teams to identify solutions and adhere to schedules.
Coordinate the mechanical and thermal design of new test platforms for upcoming products and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
Drive enhancements in manufacturing testing processes in partnership with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and global teams.
Define and create necessary procedures/documents and provide technical support when required.
Offer on-site technical support for production ramp-up and troubleshooting in the factory.
Requirements|
Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
Over 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in functional test programming and debugging.
Experience in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting production functional test hardware.
Strong understanding of the board manufacturing process, with demonstrated capabilities and results in test hardware/software.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Must be a collaborative team player with strong analytical skills and good work habits.
Self-motivated individual who can complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
