Responsibilities|
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage talent acquisition (TA), employee relations (ER), and change management initiatives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits (C&B) programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Provide HR consultation to resolve employee issues and conflicts.
- Support employee training and development to promote career growth.
- Monitor employee performance to ensure effective performance management processes.
- Handle scheduling and workforce planning to optimize staff coverage and meet operational needs in retail environments.
Requirements|
- Experience: Over 3 years of experience as an HRBP or 5 years in a related HR role.
- Retail industry background is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving abilities.
