We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the strategic goals of our business units and drive HR-related initiatives to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities｜

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage talent acquisition (TA), employee relations (ER), and change management initiatives.
• Oversee compensation and benefits (C&B) programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Provide HR consultation to resolve employee issues and conflicts.
• Support employee training and development to promote career growth.
• Monitor employee performance to ensure effective performance management processes.
• Handle scheduling and workforce planning to optimize staff coverage and meet operational needs in retail environments.

Requirements｜

• Experience: Over 3 years of experience as an HRBP or 5 years in a related HR role.
• Retail industry background is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving abilities.
