Responsibilities｜
- Conduct software engineering analysis and improvements for mass production of Notebook and Tablet models, identifying and implementing solutions to enhance production line testing efficiency and resolve quality issues.
- Modify, optimize, and implement testing programs for new products, facilitating seamless integration on the production line, troubleshooting technical challenges in real-time to ensure effective and accurate testing processes.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation for testing, providing clear operational guidelines for production line staff.
- Support the relocation of the factory to Taoyuan, offering onsite testing support and technical training to ensure stable operations in the new facility.
Requirements｜
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Notebook or system products.
- Familiarity with the notebook or related system products industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of product testing processes and relevant tools, along with solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and a strong aptitude for learning quickly and adapting to new environments.
- Proficiency in optimizing mass production testing programs and a background in programming.
- Experience in drafting technical documentation, with a fundamental understanding of production process optimization.
- Interest or experience in automation technologies for production processes or line testing.
