Responsibilities｜

• As first AI engineer in new product team, you are expecting to build a revenue first product for our next stage.
• Work closely with product manager to define product scale needs, limitation and security issues.
• Implement advanced language models, leveraging architectures like GPT, BERT, Grok or similar transformer-based models.
• Preprocess and manage large datasets for training and fine-tuning of language models, ensuring data quality and ethical compliance.
• Implement training pipelines and techniques to improve model performance and efficiency.
• Keep sharp in innovation tech, and not limited only in engineering and also in business side.

Requirements｜

• Passionate in develop a product from scratch, especially suits for someone eager in internal startup.
• Experience or excited in AI application, software engineering and cost evaluation.
• Experience with fine-tuning and reinforcement learning for specific applications is a huge plus.
• Proven record in cross-function teamwork and communication.
