Responsibilities|
- Budgeting and Financial Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Financial Analysis: Serve as a financial analysis resource for the organization, responding promptly to ad-hoc inquiries and conducting in-depth research to provide recommendations and action items.
- Strategic Decision Support: Collaborate with business units to provide financial input for key strategic decisions, with a focus on cost control and process efficiency improvements.
- Cost Optimization and Internal Controls: Ensure that all actions and decisions align with internal control standards and best practices, optimizing cost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and monitoring of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Risk and Opportunity Identification: Regularly monitor costs and perform detailed analyses to identify risks and opportunities, offering appropriate recommendations.
- Drive Business Success: Enhance customer service operations through process improvements and system enhancements.
- Project Involvement: Participate in service-related business projects, contributing to business growth and operational success.
Requirements|
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling, budgeting, and forecasting, ideally within an MNC environment. Experience in retail, consumer goods, or customer service-related industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, ERP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with international teams, participating in global meetings, and collaborating across time zones.
- Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and engage with senior leadership.
