A MNC company focusing on industrial component manufacturing, providing high-quality products to the client in semiconductor, industrial manufacturing and chemical field.

Responsibilities｜

• Partner with the sales team to assess and qualify opportunities, engaging in detailed technical discussions with clients.
• In a role as coordinator or project manager, collaborate with engineering team to create customer-specific solutions and present these solutions to clients.
• Address on-site quality concerns for both standard and customized products, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
• Perform on-site services at client locations and deliver detailed evaluation reports with actionable recommendations for operational enhancements.
• Facilitate essential technical and product training sessions for both internal teams and external clients.
• Offer technical consulting support to internal and external clients through email, phone, and in-person interactions.

Requirements｜

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in engineering, design, or research and development.
• Hands-on experience with installation, fabrication, or maintenance of tubing, piping systems, equipment, or products is preferred.
• Strongly preferred experience in customer-facing roles, such as after-service or field service positions.
• Previous experience working in an MNC company is a plus.
• Prior experience in the semiconductor or chemical refinery industry is highly desirable.
