Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management:

• Lead and oversee the IT infrastructure across all Taiwan operations, including retail stores and corporate offices.
• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of IT systems to support business growth.

Retail Technology Support:

• Manage and optimize retail systems, including POS, inventory management, and customer data platforms.
• Implement technology solutions that enhance in-store and online customer experiences.

Global Collaboration:

• Serve as a key point of contact for IT-related communications and projects with global teams.
• Drive the alignment of local IT strategies with global standards and objectives.

Vendor and Partner Management:

• Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure the effective delivery of IT solutions and services.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with technology providers.

Cybersecurity and Compliance:

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data.
• Ensure compliance with local and global data protection regulations.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing IT team, providing mentorship and fostering professional development.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure, retail systems, and cross-border IT collaboration.

• Strong knowledge of POS systems, ERP platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
