Responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, evaluate design concepts, and verify circuit performance during the product development phase.
• Analyze customer specifications and design appropriate hardware architectures.
• Work closely with firmware, software, mechanical, and other relevant design teams to ensure integration of design approaches and solutions.
• Select electronic components and peripheral materials that align with product specifications.
• Perform detailed EE schematic design and PCB layout development to meet functional and design requirements.
• Test, document, and refine the circuit design to ensure compliance with specifications, while addressing any issues identified during testing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and other technical support staff.
• Offer technical support to both internal teams and external suppliers during product development, production, and post-sales processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in electronics development, with strong hands-on knowledge of embedded systems design, digital/analog audio electronics, and circuit/system design.
• Experience with schematic design, PCB layout, power management (PMIC, DCDC, LDO, charger), and audio components (MCU, DSP, ADC, DAC, CODECs, class AB/D amplifiers).
• Experience with EMC, safety, and certification-related issues (e.g., UL, CE).
• Strong proficiency in system power management, including designing and optimizing power systems.
• Knowledge of RFQ/PRD research, BOM creation, and component surveys.
• Expertise in debugging and validation of EE circuits and systems.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both customers and internal teams.
• Proven ability to guide, mentor, and manage the development process of electronics platforms and products.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RF design and high-frequency circuit systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with digital audio systems and acoustics.
