Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned region to achieve or surpass sales targets, working under moderate guidance.
- Gain comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and operational processes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance territory management and maximize engagement.
- Provide detailed sales reports, including weekly schedules, activity logs, pipeline updates, and customer information records.
- Uphold and embody the company’s values by maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Utilize expertise in sales techniques to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Requirements
- 3 years or above of sales experience in IPC industry.
- Ability to build and nurture meaningful connections with clients and internal teams by identifying needs, delivering value, and actively pursuing opportunities that drive mutual growth.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Participate in industry events such as exhibitions, seminars, and webinars to generate and develop potential customer leads.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
- Willing to travel as required by the role.
