Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans for Taiwan’s e-commerce market in collaboration with key brand stakeholders. This includes defining roadmaps, identifying critical business drivers, setting targets, and leveraging e-commerce platforms.
- Lead and manage the brand’s e-commerce team to achieve sales and profitability goals effectively.
- Establish and monitor KPIs across various functions and brand portfolios.
- Design and execute comprehensive e-commerce operational strategies, covering product assortment, digital marketing, inventory management, data analytics, IT systems, customer service, and other relevant areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to successfully execute strategic roadmaps. Handle partner negotiations and manage external service providers.
- Ensure alignment with broader B2C and B2B strategies while coordinating with brand teams.
- Serve as a key partner to brand leaders, driving both direct and indirect e-commerce performance.
Requirements
- MBA, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 6 years or above of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with additional experience in the retail sector considered a plus.
- Proficiency in navigating and thriving within a matrix organizational structure.
- Extensive knowledge and practical expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing in the Taiwan market.
- Strong business and financial acumen, coupled with excellent commercial insights.
- Proven leadership and influencing abilities, along with advanced negotiation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and networking capabilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and excel in a complex organizational environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
