The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring smooth product flow from global suppliers to local distribution channels. Additionally, this position will oversee the Customer Service team to ensure efficient post-sales support.
Responsibilities

Optimize inventory levels to meet sales demand and minimize costs. - 與海外供應商密切合作,確保貨物按時到達並滿足品質要求。
Collaborate with overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and quality compliance.

- 與零售團隊協同作業,確保產品分銷和補貨計劃的順利執行。

Requirements
- 商業管理、供應鏈管理、物流或相關專業的學士學位
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. - 至少5年以上運營、物流或供應鏈管理經驗,優先考慮具有零售或消費品行業背景的候選人
5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry. - 擁有強大的組織與項目管理能力,能夠同時處理多項複雜任務
Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously. - 精通物流管理軟件和MS Office套件
Proficient in logistics software and MS Office Suite. - 良好的中英文溝通能力,能夠與國際和本地團隊順利協作
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, able to work effectively with international and local teams. - 注重細節,具有卓越的問題解決能力
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
