Responsibilities
- Ensure suppliers meet all quality standards and procedures for manufacturing products, resolving critical supply, production, and quality issues promptly.
- Drive production efficiency and on-time readiness to ship across multiple manufacturing partners while managing supply chain risks and improving supplier performance.
- Conduct on-site quality inspections, audits, and maintain control plans to ensure product quality and compliance throughout production processes.
- Support NPI processes by addressing quality and build readiness issues, managing manufacturing capacity, and collaborating on risk mitigation strategies.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a customer-focused culture and keeping senior leadership informed of major trends, actions, and supply/quality issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality and supply chain, including 5+ years as a team manager, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with expertise in mechanical/electrical components such as display touch panels, PCBA, power supplies, and cables.
- Experienced in collaborating with contract manufacturers across multiple countries, driving continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies (Master Black Belt/Black Belt) and Lean practices.
- Skilled in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing CAPA/SCARs, with a proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
- Multilingual communicator fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
