Responsibilities
- Program Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives that align with business goals and enhance overall employee satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages and maintain the company’s attractiveness to talent.
- Bonus Scheme Management: Assist in the design and rollout of performance-based reward systems, including bonuses and incentives, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and organizational needs.
- Policy Administration: Help update and maintain reward-related policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.
- Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyze employee compensation data to generate actionable insights that inform senior management’s decision-making process.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs are fully compliant with applicable local regulations and legal requirements.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with HR teams to integrate reward initiatives with broader talent management and organizational development strategies.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders (HR, managers, employees) about compensation policies and benefits programs to foster transparency and understanding.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the compensation and benefits field, with prior exposure to manufacturing industry practices considered an asset.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and employee benefits.
- Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and an ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently and manage performance-based goals, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both verbal and written Chinese and English, with a strong command of professional communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite), with advanced Excel skills being particularly valuable for data analysis.
