Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential clients through multiple outreach channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, industry networking events, and trade exhibitions.
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess their business needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
- Partner with internal teams—including marketing, product development, and customer support—to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue objectives.
- Accurately maintain and update records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress within the CRM system.
- Deliver regular reports to management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Background in electrical/electronic maintenance, engineering disciplines, or mechanical maintenance is preferred.
- Experience in equipment manufacturing within the semiconductor industry is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality.
- Fluent in English.
