We are seeking an innovative, employee-focused People Strategy Specialist (HRBP) to manage the entire employee journey. In this position, you will play a crucial role in boosting workplace satisfaction, fostering team engagement, and ensuring HR practices support our overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated HR advisor for designated teams, managing recruitment, workforce planning, performance reviews, talent development, and other HR functions.
- Partner with department leaders to offer HR insights and policy guidance.
- Oversee daily HR administration, including data reporting and system maintenance.
- Launch and manage HR projects and programs with clear communication and high execution standards.
- Analyze workforce metrics to extract actionable insights that shape both business and people strategies.
- Collaborate with specialized HR units and team members on various projects.
- Address additional HR-related assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a comprehensive HR role.
- A proactive, hands-on professional capable of managing day-to-day operations and resolving challenges effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage at all levels of the organization.
- Adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic environment; experience in technology sectors is a plus.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
