Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Retail Head to lead all front-end retail operations across stores and channels. This role will be responsible for building retail operation standards, driving store performance, and executing channel strategies in line with brand goals. The ideal candidate must have a strong retail mindset, team leadership experience, and the ability to partner closely with merchandising, marketing, and brand functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall store operations, including SOP standardization, KPI tracking, staff planning, and daily retail execution
- Oversee frontline teams (store managers, retail staff), including hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Partner with Brand Head and Merchandising on sales targets, in-store promotions, and channel execution
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all retail touchpoints, aligned with visual and service standards
- Monitor retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, staff productivity), and lead improvement initiatives
- Liaise with the regional team for system rollout, training, and compliance alignment
Requirements
- 8+ years of retail operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing multi-store operations (apparel, footwear, or consumer goods preferred)
- Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiar with retail KPIs, training systems, and store operation workflows
- Fluent in English
