【Role Summary】

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to join a global leader in rugged industrial and medical-grade computing solutions. In this role, you will take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from initial concept and customization to validation, release, and ongoing support. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure that customer-specific solutions meet global standards and evolving market demands.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the global product team to review customer requirements and assess feasibility.
• Identify key elements for validation and testing, and compile supporting technical documentation.
• Manage product lifecycle changes (PCN/ECN) and ensure internal processes adapt accordingly.
• Coordinate product validation and regulatory compliance efforts during pre-sales and development stages.
• Communicate with vendors to verify technical readiness and required certifications.
• Analyze and replicate customer-reported issues; work closely with engineering teams to resolve hardware and software problems.
• Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams and overseas counterparts.
• Assist in implementing ISO-compliant quality procedures and documentation.
• Support the alignment of Taiwan operations with global quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in industrial PC (IPC), embedded systems, or related IT hardware sectors
• Familiarity with medical or ruggedized computing products is a plus
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Solid track record in product lifecycle management and cross-functional coordination
• Knowledge of system-level testing, validation, and regulatory processes preferred
• Analytical Thinking: Able to distill technical needs into clear project plans and test criteria
• Problem-Solving: Resourceful and capable of independently driving issue resolution
• Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Comfortable working with global teams and navigating cultural nuances
• Process Orientation: Familiar with quality documentation and compliance workflow
