Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global VP of engineering and manufacturing to deliver market fit product.
- Work closely and drive global Senior hardware and firmware engineers and architects to deliver projects and product on time.
- In charge of ODMs, JDMs and CMs collaborations and management.
- Strong in planning and executing technical projects within budget and on time.
- Improve work methods with cross regions.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in IoT products and holding Electrical or Computer engineering degrees.
- Solid experience either in Robotics, camera or AMR products.
- Proven record in leading a 3 + members team and build up team from scratch.
- Great English communication skills.
