Summary
This role takes full ownership of the Taiwan branch’s operations, overseeing day-to-day activities while driving strategic growth. The Operations Manager will be responsible for aligning local execution with the company’s global strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration across production, content delivery, and resource management teams. Responsibilities
- Operations & Business Growth
- Analyze market trends and competition to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners, positioning the company as a strategic partner rather than a vendor.
- Manage operational budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead the Taiwan team to achieve operational and service excellence.
- Optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Develop core talent and establish succession plans for critical positions.
- Cross-Functional & Cross-Border Collaboration
- Partner with production, content, resource management, and global teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as the bridge between global strategy and local implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations management or leadership experience (media industry background is a plus)
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills in an international environment
- Proven leadership with cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multinational setting
