Responsibilities
- Develop and execute medium-to-long term business development plans for the Taiwan market, including market positioning, product promotion, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Identify, approach, and secure new customers while maintaining relationships with key accounts across sectors such as electronics manufacturing, semiconductors, machinery, and energy.
Collaborate closely with headquarters and regional teams to align product strategies with market needs.
- Implement and refine sales processes, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation frameworks.
- Build and lead a local team, including sales, technical support, and marketing resources.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to continuously optimize business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in industrial automation, mechatronics, motion control, or related industries, with proven leadership experience preferred.
- Strong network within Taiwan’s manufacturing ecosystem, ideally with connections to OEMs, ODMs, system integrators, and major manufacturing enterprises.
- Demonstrated success in new market development and team-building.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing and cross-cultural environment.
