Responsibilities
- Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the development team in the design and development of TFT and TPM products.
- Project Management – Direct cross-functional project teams to ensure development milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.
- Custom Solutions – Manage custom-made projects for automotive displays, including Instrument Cluster Displays, Central Information Displays, Head-Up Displays (HUD), and Mirror Displays.
- Technology Development – Define and implement technical roadmaps for automotive display innovation.
- Product Strategy – Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Experience – Minimum of 8 years’ working experience in automotive TFT display design and development, with proven success in bringing products from concept to mass production.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or related disciplines).
- Project Management – Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) in the automotive industry.
- Leadership – Proven team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Communication – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Languages – Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Personal Attributes – Gentle, logical, detail-oriented, and capable of structured decision-making.
