Responsibilities
- Carry out commissioning, service, and warranty activities in line with project plans.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for customers and partners on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide clear service reports and recommendations for product or process improvements.
- Support internal teams with training, field testing, and knowledge sharing.
- Represent the company in customer meetings and provide technical input when required.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams by offering technical insights.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or proven experience in energy storage/renewables.
- Solid understanding of electrical & automation systems (knowledge of HVAC is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with PLCs, drives, protection devices, and control networks.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency in MS Office tools.
